Game of Thrones spoilers have been coming in all shapes and sizes the past couple of weeks, with everything from set photos to audition readings making it onto the web. And now we’ve got another spoiler in the form of a script page showing up on an actor’s social media. This one is quite benign, though, so don’t think you’re ruining the season by reading on. Very mild spoilers ahead.
French actor Elie Haddad revealed his addition to the cast as a Dothraki warrior in an interesting way: he posted a picture of the script alongside a tasty beverage on his Instagram account. The photo only lasted a couple of hours before he was presumably told to take it down, but it was up long enough for intrepid fans to screenshot it and zoom in on the script page to reveal what’s on it.
Turns out it’s a conversation between Dothraki warriors about Daenerys Targaryen. And unsurprisingly, it’s a rather crude back and forth. Via The Independent:
“I like her”
“She’s paler than milk”
“I bet she gets nice and pink when you pinch her”
“I’d like to know what a Khaleesi tastes like.”
“Good. You can suck my dick.”
Who knew Dothraki warriors were the frat bros of Essos? It’s pretty funny, though … the first of many Game of Thrones themed jokes, I hope. Stop me if you’ve heard this one before: Two Dothraki enter a Lhazareen tavern. The bartender says “What’s that stench?” The first Dothraki says “The burnt corpses of every man, woman and child in this town!” The second Dothraki then chops the bartender’s head off.
Oh, those wacky Dothraki pillagers. What do you think? More or less offensive than “Yo Mhysa” jokes?
