The Office (NBC) — Six episodes in a row, and all of them repeats. I guess it’s a good chance to catch up on what I hear has been a bounceback season for the show. And yes, bounceback is a perfectly cromulent word.
Jersey Shore (MTV) — Awww, dammit. Sammi moves back in tonight. Was there something wrong with NOT having a raging bitch in the house?
Beyond Scared Straight (A&E) — Season finale. From Yahoo: “Four teen girls who were caught shoplifting glimpse their possible future when they take an eye-opening tour of Jessup Women’s Prison in Maryland.”
Fairly Legal (USA) — I was just thinking that I should try watching this one time because I enjoy looking at Sarah Shahi, but then I dozed off while thinking about how dull the name of the show is. Is there a scripted series on TV with a blander title?
Archer (FX) — I’ve been laughing at the promos with the sexy ninjas all week. I look forward to “Archer” more than any other show on TV — and it’s not even close.
LATE NIGHT GUESTS: Emily Blunt on Conan (rowr); Robin Williams — who’s still alive, apparently — and Judy Greer on Letterman; Jerry Seinfeld on Leno; Howard Stern on Kimmel; Neil Patrick Harris on Ferguson; and Miley Cyrus on Fallon. She’s pretty cool, y’all.
