Supernatural, The CW: Dean is dumb enough to fall for the old “you’ve inherited a fortune!” gag? Really? Come on, a decade of hunting monsters and he can’t spot an obvious trap?

Pacific Rim, Cinemax: A refresher course in how to make a movie about giant things hitting other giant things.
