It seemed at the Television Critics Association that Arrow producers had revealed all their big casting moves for the upcoming season. But it turns out they still had something hiding up their sleeve.
TVLine is reporting that The CW show has added Wil Traval of Jessica Jones fame to the superhero program. He”ll reportedly play Human Target, a body guard and master of disguise.
This is not the first time Human Target has been on TV. FOX had a series centered around him in 2010 and 2011. The Emmy-nominated show starred Mark Valley as Christopher Chance. Then there was the 1992 version that starred pop singer Rick Springfield. That show made it just seven episodes before getting the hook.
Arrow returns to The CW on October 5 at 8 p.m. ET.
