Geri Halliwell was once one of the biggest pop stars in the world, even though no one actually knew her as Geri Halliwell. She was Ginger Spice, a member of the Spice Girls, who have sold over 80 million albums worldwide. But that was the late 1990s. Now, she’s the host of Australia’s Got Talent and just released her so-called comeback single, “Half of Me.” It sold half of a half of a half of a half of a half of what it would have only a decade ago.
Former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell’s comeback single sold just 393 copies in its first week of release. “Half of Me” was released in Australia, where Halliwell is currently appearing as a judge on Australia’s Got Talent. Despite her exposure in the country, the song only got to Number 281 on the ARIA chart. (Via)
