I guess the old saying is true that there’s somebody out there for everybody, because otherwise I would have NO idea how to explain that Catarchy — a Facebook group for anarchist cat owners — is something that actually exists, other than apparently anarchists like cats as much as the rest of the internet does. At any rate the group, which currently boasts 1,547 members, is real and I’m 99% certain it’s not a joke. Their “about” statement reads (anarchists don’t use capital letters or punctuation, because, anarchy!):

lots of anarchists have cats, this is a group for anarchists to post pictures of their cats in, or if you don’t have cats you can look at the pictures, and talk about cats maybe

So yeah. In a nutshell, they post pictures of cats with anarchist captions about their cats. Anyway, I like cats, and there was only one way this was going to go, so here are my Top 10 Favorite Cat Posts From Catarchy:
