Sunday night! 1:30am! Or as I like to call it, the magic hour. That’s when everyone on the internet seems to go to sleep and YouTube features some pretty weird videos, like this pretty rad video of a rocket taking off and then landing again. It’s pretty hypnotic. Hey, if the internet can get super-boners over videos of cats sitting in boxes, maybe it can get the same enthusiasm over the marvel of modern science and engineering, eh? Great. Now I’m starting to sound like a stepdad driving you to soccer practice.
The rocket gets to around 744 meters (a little under half a mile) before returning. The video was shot by a tiny little one-camera helicopetor hovering just out of range of the rocket. Yeah science!
