If Kanye West Designed NBA Jerseys, Here’s What They’d Look Like

Kanye West recently debuted his new “Yeezy Season 1” adidas clothing line, and some of it is hilariously reminiscent of Mugatu’s “Derelicte” collection from Zoolander. Because the opportunity was just too tempting to pass up, graphic artist Patso Dimitrov decided to explore what it would look like had Kanye added NBA jerseys to the mix. Via Erica Euse of Complex:

Have you ever wondered what NBA jerseys designed by Kanye West would look like?

Well, a graphic artist in Denmark recently took cues from Yeezy Season 1 to create the fictional basketball gear. The uniforms feature the same military-inspired color palette with an army green, tan, and a camo colorway. The designer even perfectly recreates the coveted collection’s distressed look with holes and unfinished edges. The team name and number on each jersey is replaced with “Yeezy” and the number  “1.”

Because Kanye doesn’t have a sense of humor, it’s hard to imagine him finding these amusing, which only makes it funnier to us, although the ego boost alone might be enough for him. Much of the Yeezy Season 1 collection seems to have an overarching preoccupation with panty hose, but there are strong military themes, as well, which Dimitrov also applied to a couple of other alternate uniform designs.

And just for good measure, he went ahead gave the NBA logo Yeezy treatment, as well.
