Universal has sent Timur Bekmambetov’s sequel to Wanted into development hell on the news that Angelina Jolie is leaving to star in Warner Bros.’ Gravity. The film is a space thriller directed by Alfonso Cuarón, of the awesome Children of Men, Y tu mamá también, and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.  Cuarón shares screenplay credits with his son, Jonás.  Wait, Jonás Cuarón?  He must be rich if he has that many accent marks in his name. (That’s how it works right?)

Jolie would be alone on-screen for much of the movie, playing the sole surviving human member of a space mission, desperately trying to return home to Earth and her daughter. [Vulture via /film]

So she’s alone on the ship?  And she’s naked, right?  I mean . . . since there’s no one else around.  Come on! The viewers demand realism.  If any of us were alone on a ship, we wouldn’t be wearing clothes.  In space, no one can see your bits.
