Black Panther And Winter Soldier Throw Down In This All-Action ‘Captain America: Civil War’ Clip

One of the most exciting things about the upcoming Captain America: Civil War is undoubtedly the debut of Chadwick Boseman’s Black Panther, yet Marvel has been rather coy with footage of the character. So far we’ve mostly been treated to fleeting glimpses. A split second of action between Black Panther and Cap, and a brief couple of words spoken in a TV spot are about as revealing as it gets.

Well, last night Boseman paid a visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live and brought a surprising amount of Black Panther footage with him. Fans were treated to a full 40-second fight scene between T’Challa’s masked alter ego and Bucky Barnes, and trust me, you’re going to want to check this out. If you’d like to check out more from Boseman’s interview, you can do that here.

So yeah, how badass did Black Panther look in that scene? I’m so glad we’re finally to a point where cinematic superheroes’ costumes allow them to be as agile and versatile as they are in the comics. Needless to say, I’m very ready for the solo Black Panther movie. Bring it on, like, right now.

Captain America: Civil War hits theaters May 6. Black Panther’s solo adventures hit the screen June 6, 2018.
