80’s Synthpop Singer Happens Upon Street Musician Performing His Hit Song, Joins In For A Duet

For those of you not up to speed on 80s British synthpop trios, Bronski Beat was such an act — fronted by a fellow named Jimmy Somerville — and one of their big hits was a song titled, “Smalltown Boy.”

With that said, embedded above is a video of a street musician in Berlin performing the song. He’s joined by Jimmy Somerville himself, who just so happened to be walking by with his dog. That had to be quite a thrill for both of them. Enjoy.
