Model-turned-actress-turned-Suicide Squad enchantress Cara Delevingne is on the cover of next month’s Vogue. The whole thing’s worth a read; she’s lived an interesting life and speaks openly about her history with depression. But the most interesting section, for fans of badass musicians at least, comes about midway through, when self-proclaimed “bro-ey chick” Delevingne confirms that she’s in a relationship with St. Vincent’s Annie Clark.
As this story went to press, she was seriously involved with the singer Annie Clark, better known by her stage name, St. Vincent. “I think that being in love with my girlfriend is a big part of why I’m feeling so happy with who I am these days. Ignore the part of the profile where the writer speculates that Cara hooking up with women is “just a phase,” and imagine a future musical collaboration between Vincent singing and playing guitar and Cara pounding the drums. They could call themselves Not Just a Phase.
