A Reporter Tried To Eat Like A Tour De France Cyclist And Failed Horribly

A Norwegian reporter tried to consume what a Tour de France cyclist eats on a daily basis. That would be 8,290 calories a day, folks; and, as is the case with most stunts like this, it did not end well.

The video starts off well enough with the reporter laying out his enormous meal. There was coffee, an omelet, a massive smoothie, pasta, Coca Cola, yogurt, meat, countless energy bars and bread. All the things you would want to eat in one sitting of course.

The reporter seemed to be cruising along, even taking time to admire his cup of coffee. Things began to go downhill, however, when he began drinking the smoothie. He finished it, but things were not the same afterwards. He valiantly tried to persevere, and drank most of the energy drinks and Coca Colas, while also putting down the energy bars.

And then it happened. He lost it. He literally threw up, spewing the contents of his meal all over the handy trash can resting on the table.

Don’t try to eat like a world class athlete, kids. It is not going to end well.
