BCS Championship (ESPN) — Oregon vs. Auburn. Future ex-Heisman Trophy winner Cam Newton and the SEC champions face off against the Ducks’ historically fast-paced offense. I can’t believe this isn’t being shown on network television.
The Bachelor (ABC) — Bland hunk takes 20 women to a Train concert. “Now that she’s back in the atmosphere / with drops of Jupiter in her hair-air-air-air-uh…” What the hell does that even mean? I always pretend that “drops of Jupiter” is a euphemism for ejaculate.
Hoarders (A&E) — Season finale. The most rat-tastic episode ever.
Men of a Certain Age (TNT) — Winter finale. If you’re so inclined, you can read an interview with “Men” co-creator Mike Royce over at the Good Men Project. Sounds like something Salt-n-Pepa would run.
Bad Girls Club (Oxygen) — Season premiere. Oohhh, there’s a former Playboy model on this season! I foresee blurred nudity!
Castle (ABC) — I watched last week’s episode with Laura Prepon, the first episode I’ve caught this season. I have to say, I really appreciate the way “Castle” doesn’t suck. I can’t say that about too many shows on ABC.
