Not a huge surprise, but Seinfeld is the most profitable show in television history, racking up $2.7 billion SINCE it went off the air 12 years ago. Each episode of Seinfeld has made $14 million in reruns, and Jerry Seinfeld himself continues to make $65-$80 million a year. That’s a lot of scratch for a show about nothing. (via The NY Post)
