We’ve made no bones around these parts about the fact that we are jonesing for HBO’s forthcoming drama, True Detective, which stars Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson playing Louisiana state police detectives tracking a serial killer. If you too can hardly contain your excitement for the show — the pilot of which was so well-written that HBO let creator Nic Pizzolatto write the whole series himself — then perhaps this new trailer for the series will soothe you over for a while.
Ugh, January can’t get here soon enough.
