Full Frontal host Samantha Bee has been having a banner year. Ever since the former Daily Show correspondent left Comedy Central to start who own show at TBS, the political satirist has gifted viewers with intelligent interviews, angry-yet-informed segments on hot topics like gun control, and countless other items as entertaining as they are detailed. Hence why it comes as no surprise that Bee will interview outgoing President Barack Obama on Full Frontal next Monday, October 31 at 10:30 p.m. ET.
According to an official press release picked up by The New York Times and elsewhere, Bee’s interview with “her first male president” adds to an increasingly impressive list of famous faces featured on Full Frontal since it premiered in February. Like fellow “nasty woman” and former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, with whom Bee discussed Trump’s infamous line from the third and final presidential debate.
The press release doesn’t specify what precise topics Bee and Obama will discuss, though it does acknowledge the president’s “flattering wool suit paired with sensible leather flats.” What’s more, it also offers the pair’s not-so-discrete guesses as to who the next President of the United States will be come November 9th, and “the challenges the new Commander in Chief will face when she takes office in January.”
