Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life
(Netflix, Friday) – Arguably the most highly anticipated TV revival of the year is here. We’ve had almost a year of anticipating the return of the Gilmore Girls and it sounds like we won’t be disappointed with this new Netflix version. Expect plenty of callbacks to the original show, guest stars and time spent on the passing of family patriarch Richard (late actor Edward Herrmann). Also on the menu: plenty of snark, quick-fire dialogue and Rory’s love life.

Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade (NBC, Thursday 9:00 a.m.) – The 90th annual march down to that famous NYC storefront takes place today. Tony Bennett, Sarah McLachlan and Regina Spektor have been tapped to perform but some more stars will probably make surprise appearances on random floats, so keep an eye out in between bites of turkey.

The Walking Dead (AMC, Sunday 9:00 p.m.) – A lot of people are saying The Whisperers show up in this week’s episode and judging from the official synopsis, they might be right. A still clueless Tara and Heath stumble upon a new group while scavenging and their setup is unlike anything they’ve ever seen. If you’re a fan of the comics, you know The Whisperers were some pretty bad people: like wearing suits made of zombie-skin bad. Better to just loose all hope now that this show will ever have a happy ending.

Westworld (HBO, Sunday 9:00 p.m.) – Hector considers Maeve’s proposition; Teddy pays the price for his new-found enlightenment; and Dolores and Bernard draw closer to uncovering/remembering the secrets of the park.

The Simpsons 600 Marathon (Fox, Thursday 12:00 p.m.) – Fox is giving fans a 13-day marathon event when it airs the first 600 episode of The Simpsons starting Thanksgiving Day. So after you’ve binged on turkey and pumpkin pie, binge on plenty of “D’oh!”
