This week’s The Walking Dead was all about characters attempting to adjust to their new surroundings, but the most interesting scenes had nothing to do with wife-stealing or awkward party moments. Instead they revolved around a horse named Buttons.
While Daryl was out in the woods, he spied a friend.
Aaron led him to the horse known as Buttons.
Daryl was going to wrangle Buttons, and have him join the group, but the horse was scared off by the walkers…
..and that’s where Buttons would meet his fate.
And so ends the tale of Buttons. Not happily ever after but engulfed in walkers. That’s tends to be how most of these walker related tales end. RIP Buttons. Hopefully zombie horses aren’t a thing that exists.
