There’s A Hidden Clue About ‘Westworld’ Season 2 In The Super Bowl Trailer

You’ll have to forgive Westworld fans for not immediately finding all the Easter eggs in the season two trailer. After all, it debuted during an entertaining Super Bowl, and they had to download that haunting cover of Kanye West’s “Runaway” first. But now that time has passed and Philadelphia has been burned to the ground by happy Eagles fans, the trailer has been dissected, like an android on Sylvester’s table, and the hidden clues have been found.

The biggest one occurs :33 seconds into the video. See the white bars?

HBO

It’s binary that, according to Reddit user “Askin1,” decodes to 52.89.126.34, or the website for Delos Destinations. Six parks are featured there: Westworld (“where you have the freedom to become who you’ve always wanted to be”) and five more that are mysteriously closed to the public. We know one of the parks, “S-World,” is Samurai World. Two more are likely Roman World and Medieval World, both of which appear in the Westworld movie. As for the other two? They could be anything — Dolphin World, Monsters Who Eat Pizza With a Fork World, Jurassic World World — but one is probably Futureworld.

Also of note from the trailer: that darn wolf.

An unexplained wolf repeatedly appeared in Dolores’ often-violent visions in season one, and it pops up again here. Hopefully, we get an answer in season two. Westworld returns to HBO on April 22.
