Freddie Gibbs – “Freddie Soprano”

Welcome to “Freddie Soprano,” THE hardest track on ESGN. The cut finds Gibbs bypassing the bulletproof vest or employing a clique for protection, choosing instead to come out guns blazing and flag waving using nothing but bravado as his shield. The beat’s – crafted by Big Jerm and Sayeez for ID Labs – rolling drums and eerie echoes create a desperado vibe that only propel Fred as he reels off quotable after quotable to the point where the ears and brain get almost tired of trying to keep pace.

Thankfully, there’s ample time to rewind and repeat this one before ESGN drops on July 9th.
