The Indiana Pacers are still fighting for the final playoff spot in the East, while the Cleveland Cavaliers are trying to regain their hold on the conference’s No. 1 seed. It was just a few shorts years ago that their respective superstars, LeBron James and Paul George, were battling it out in the postseason, and during their Sunday afternoon showdown, they both reminded us just how explosive their head-to-head match-ups can still be.
Early in the opening quarter, PG13 got things kicked off when he hit LeBron with a mean crossover en route to a massive one-handed flush in the King’s face.
OMG PAUL GEORGE. LeBron's gonna want to forget this one… https://t.co/W6nRYjlHLJ

Never one to be outdone, LeBron later exacted his revenge when he used a beautiful behind-the-back move to drive the lane and explode to the rim for a tomahawk jam of his own.
LeBron and PG-13 trading dunks. This is fun. https://t.co/2hHReScpyM

If both teams get their wish and secure the No. 1 and No. 8 seeds, respectively, we can look forward to a long-awaited playoff rematch between two of the most exciting players in the league.
Just a couple of months ago, the Cavs would’ve been considered the runaway favorites, and most likely still are, but their recent struggles could, at the very least, result in a much more interesting first-round showdown than anyone previously would’ve imagined.
