Sylvester Stallone has made many contributions to cinema over the last 35 years, from the Rocky movies to the Rambo franchise, The Expendables, his performance in Copland, his decision to not star in Beverly Hills Cop, training montages, the establishment of the arm wrestling family drama genre with Over the Top, and of course, Oscar. But thanks to this painstakingly compiled supercut by Auralnauts on YouTube, we can now appreciate Stallone’s biggest accomplishment: a ton of dead henchmen. There are 539 of them, to be exact, including like 30 bikers in Cobra.
There are, of course, a few big bads sprinkled in there, as well — John Lithgow here, Michael Caine there — but it’s mostly mindless thugs who met Sly’s wrath, his gun (318 kills), his bow and arrow (18 kills), and the cold justice of his hot foot against freshly frozen flesh (R.I.P. Simon Phoenix). The best part of this video, however, is the reminder that this happened:
