It looks like the rumors might be true: Coldplay have all but flat out confirmed that they have a new album coming out and that new album’s release date. A Head Full of Dreams is the band’s seventh album and their first since 2014’s Ghost Stories. According to the bread crumbs being laid out by the band, the album is allegedly set for release on December 4. The most recent bread crumb was a tweet the band sent out, which we submit as “Item A.”

The tweet in question includes a “flower of life” image that is of note for the following reasons:
Reason Number 1: The image appears on an advertisement that has shown up as of late on the London tube. The text “December 4” appears below the image. For reference, we submit “Item B.”
Anyone else spotted this mystery London Underground poster tonight? Yep, it's the new Coldplay album. December 4th. pic.twitter.com/Jk0ArzMhJu

Reason Number 2: While performing at the Global Citizens Festival in New York, the Coldplay frontman was wearing a shirt with the image on it. Please see “Item C.”
So, to recap, we have a cryptic tweet, an image that keeps popping up on posters and on band members and… well, that’s actually all we have so far. But it’s enough! So, tell your friends, new Coldplay album coming out December 4.
