It’s been a little over three years since Haim rode a love of Fleetwood Mac to near universal praise on their debut album Days Are Gone. Since then, the sister trio have occasionally talked up a follow-up record, but there’s been very little on the “hard evidence of a new album” front. That changed today when people started spotting Haim-related billboards in Los Angeles, Sydney, Berlin and London.
According to Pitchfork, Polydor tweeted out further support of the idea that new Haim is imminent. The UK-based label tweeted out “NEW HAIM COMING.” before quickly deleting it.
While there’s no real information at this time, we can hazard a guess as to what the new album might sound like thanks to new songs that the band performed live last summer. Given the band’s admission in a tour teaser that they had been in the studio for so long” and “just wanna go out there and play the songs live,” it’s fair to say that “Nothing’s Wrong” and “Give Me Just A Little Of Your Love” are album cuts.

So far, year-old live tracks are all we have to go on. But it seems like we’ll know more about the album sooner rather than later.
