Fans of R&B singer Kehlani are tweeting support to the singer after an apparent suicide attempt using the hashtag #StayStrongKehlani.
After rumors spread via social media that the singer was cheating on NBA player Kyrie Irving with OVO Sound act PartyNextDoor, Kehlani reportedly attempted to take her own life. She posted several images from the hospital along with a caption that seemed to attribute her problems to the way some were criticizing and making light of her on the internet.
“today I wanted to leave this earth. Being completely selfish for once. Never thought I’d get to such a low point. But.. Don’t believe the blogs you read .. No one was cheated on and I’m not a bad person… Everyone is hurt and everyone is in a place of misunderstanding.. But as of today, I had no single wish to see tomorrow.. But God saved me for a reason, and for that… I must be grateful.. Cuz I’m not in heaven right now for a reason”
The deleted post led to a surge of support from Twitter users.

However, several tweeters were critical of people tweeting support of Kehlani after tearing her down earlier this week.
So the same people that were bashing her just yesterday are now tweeting #StayStrongKehlani ? pic.twitter.com/Ox7NPQUj6w
