Accordion connoisseur and 2014 UPROXX Person of the Year Weird Al Yankovic is off to a great start in 2015. In addition to voicing a Batman villain and earning Patton Oswalt’s vote for a Grammy, the “Mandatory Fun” musician just announced show dates for the Mandatory World Tour in North America and Europe.
Yankovic kicks things off on May 12 with five straight nights of shows at the Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. Three days later, he’ll begin again with shows in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. After that? The world! Pre-sale tickets will be available on January 27 at 10 a.m. local time.
Seriously though, Yankovic — kudos to you for coming out swinging with five back-to-back nights of performances in Las Vegas. You’ll definitely need the two days of rest before playing polka in Oklahoma. Pack a few power bars, just in case.
