Until recently, it was held as an axiom that where porn went with technology, the people followed. Then the porn industry embraced HD-DVD, and suddenly, that wasn’t such a good axiom.
So we’re not really sure how to take it that Vivid Entertainment, a company that specializes in what the Internet is for, has reformatted their entire site to be compatible with Google TV, aside from the fact that we really need to dig that Google TV box out of storage.
Google, for their part, seems absolutely stunned that they created an open standard that anybody can use and somehow, some way, the Internet used it to find porn. You know, because everybody used Google for such pure and moral purposes, didn’t immediately Image Search boobs when they were twelve, and learn about the disappointments of technology. Sure, right. This shocks you, Google. Whatever you say.
