Swell news just in time for Donald Trump’s big presidential Saturday Night Live hosting gig: A man on trial in South Carolina held up a “Vote for Donald Trump” sign to the jury, signaling his endorsement for the Republican candidate. Want to hear more about this patriotic American who might not be able to vote next year, like what he’s on trial for? Please, have a seat and hear his story!

His name is August Kreis III, and on Thursday, he was found guilty of “two counts of committing lewd acts on a child and one count of criminal sexual conduct involving a minor child,” according to Mediaite. Kreis was sentenced to 50 years in prison for his crimes because that’s how egregious they were. But in case you wanted a little more background, Kreis is also a known white supremacist and anti-Semite who “once headed one of a handful of competing splinter factions of the once-mighty Aryan Nations.” Before his sentencing, Kreis proclaimed:

“I will always hate the Jew. This government is run by an evil group of people, and please vote for Trump!”

What a peach! Maybe he can become Trump’s very own Joe the Plumber… except for the whole “dying in prison” thing, because that’s what this former Jerry Springer guest — oh, yes — will probably do.
