The Warriors Didn’t Have Hot Water In Their Locker Room After Beating The Cavaliers

The Golden State Warriors took care of business on Monday night, as the team walked into Cleveland and took down the Cavaliers, 118-108. It was a pretty big win for Golden State, one which meant that the Warriors would have a season sweep over their biggest rivals in the Eastern Conference.

But after the game ended, disaster struck. No, there wasn’t a massive brawl involving underground tunnels or anything, but the Warriors did have to shower in cold water, and apparently, you could hear the players shriek.

It was apparently so bad that Kevin Durant wanted LeBron James to use his influence to get things fixed.

It is extremely possible that Quicken Loans Arena was just having a bad night, that the pipes froze or it was out of hot water or something; who knows. However, it is exponentially more fun to imagine that this was the Cavaliers’ attempt at gaining some type of psychological edge over a team that swept them.

Imagine for a second that James, angry from how things went against the Dubs this season, called Randy the maintenance guy and told him to flip a switch that causes all the hot water in the visitor’s locker room to be turned off. That is far more silly than whatever probably happened, so I am going to go throughout life assuming this is how things went down.
