Sean Combs, the guy with all the different names and labels, guest-starred on “CSI: Miami” last night. And he really upheld the stratospheric standard of acting that David Caruso has established for that show. Videogum adds:
At first I was skeptical that Diddy could pull off the role of a high powered Miami defense attorney who’s playing a dangerous double game as two of his clients are implicated in the murder of a young woman at a golf course, but you know what? He NAILED IT. He said all of the lawyer words. You think of a lawyer word, he said it. He probably said it more than once.
And Videogum kindly assembled the proof in video form, too. It’s pretty good, but I would have preferred a horrible remix of The Who’s “Won’t Get Fooled Again” for the opening credits. Roger Daltrey’s famous “YEEEAAHHHHHH!!!” could really benefit from Puffy saying, “Unh… yeah” after it.
