The Walking Dead will return this Sunday, October 12th with the fifth season premiere, when we will find out how the survivors will get out of the train car, and who will (and will not) make it out alive. We have a lot of questions going into the premiere (like, is Daryl gay?) but before we go there, let’s look back on those we have lost through four seasons.
AMC has put together the video above as an In Memoriam of sorts for the cast members that have departed. Most of the third and fourth season deaths are easy to remember, but many of the faces — especially in the first season — I have completely forgotten. I have no memory of Jim, for instance, whatsoever.
