Kaley Cuoco Says She’s Not A Feminist And Likes ‘Serving’ Her Husband

You might think that just because Kaley Cuoco has short hair now that she’s gained herself automatic entry into the feminist club. Not so! In this snippet from a new interview in the January issue of Redbook, Cuoco explains why she personally does not consider herself a feminist:

It’s not really something I think about. Things are different now, and I know a lot of the work that paved the way for women happened before I was around… I was never that feminist girl demanding equality, but maybe that’s because I’ve never really faced inequality.

I mean… I have personally never been murdered, but I am pretty sure that I would not like to get murdered, nor would I want my friends or sister or possible future daughters to someday get murdered, but apples to oranges, I guess?

Say, while we’re on topic — what are your thoughts on marriage, Kaley Cuoco?

I cook for Ryan five nights a week: It makes me feel like a housewife; I love that. I know it sounds old-fashioned, but I like the idea of women taking care of their men. I’m so in control of my work that I like coming home and serving him. My mom was like that, so I think it kind of rubbed off.

I also like to cook for my husband. But mostly because I’m a better cook than he is and he also makes a giant mess in the kitchen — not because of some throwback housewife fantasy. But hey, she makes $1 million per episode, so she can do whatever she wants.

Finally, Cuoco opens up on her boob job:

I had no boobs! And [breast augmentation surgery] really was the best thing ever! I always felt ill-proportioned. My implants made me feel more confident in my body. It wasn’t about trying to be a porn star or wanting to look hot and sexy.

On that note, there’s another article floating around today about whether or not Kaley Cuoco was in the hospital after getting a nose job, which she denied via Instagram:

Just going by that last part, I have no doubt on whether or not she’s telling the truth. Kaley Cuoco is clearly not one to sugarcoat anything.
