John Stamos Demonstrates How To Stage The Perfect Sitcom Opening With Jimmy Kimmel

John Stamos is just as experienced at acting in sitcoms as he is at looking ageless (that hair is perfect; he’ll rip your lungs out). With that territory comes the classic television theme song intro — think Full House in its glory years. Unfortunately, his latest show, Grandfathered, doesn’t seem to have an opening theme. This was not pleasing to Jimmy Kimmel, who loves the traditional sitcom opening theme and lamented its absence in today’s TV landscape. In an effort to make up for this oversight, Stamos assisted Kimmel in staging the perfect TV theme song opening. It took a few tries, but they eventually found the right combination of funny wigs, smiling poses, and fake names to pull it off.

Plus, who knew that Guillermo could pull off wacky side kick with a funny catchphrase? He’s found a perfect second calling. They need to make that show happen immediately. Screw Fuller House. Get Netflix on the case of Dennis Pornography and Duke Herpes.
