On February 19th, HBO will debut “Funny Or Die Presents,” a series of comedic shorts that I’m hoping were too good to just put on the Internet for free. I say “I’m hoping” because Funny or Die tends to be pretty hit-and-miss. I appreciate that famous people deserve a YouTube that separates them from the unwashed masses, but not every little short with Paris Hilton or Lindsay Lohan making fun of themselves is automatically funny.

Still, I’m cautiously optimistic, because at the very least, we’ll get a new Drunk History. The preview clip above shows Jen Kirkman, star of Drunk History Volume 3 (video of that embedded below), talking about Frederick Douglas (Don Cheadle) and Abraham Lincoln (Will Ferrell). And I’m really, really stoked for that. I could watch hours and hours of Drunk History. If there was a Drunk History Channel, it would probably be the only thing I watched. In fact, if Derek Waters is reading this, I hereby offer to drink two-thirds of a bottle of bourbon and deliver a lecture about the Berlin Airlift. No? Very well then, I’ll just drink the bourbon.
