The Walking Dead doesn’t return until February 14, but this midseason trailer will make you wish it was here now. Rick Grimes’ crew and what’s left of Alexandria are in trouble again, this time with Negan’s crew. Still no sign of Jeffrey Dean Morgan or Negan’s barbed wire bat, but here’s hoping fans get a glimpse soon. Still, we’ll have to content ourselves with Daryl looking like a badass, Maggie looking terrified and Negan’s crew looking like they’re ready to ruin everything.
From the looks of things, Scott Gimple and crew has a real barn burner for the second half of season six. After a divisive finale, fans are ready for things to get back on track, with no deathly fake outs. There are still so many questions to be answered, so Gimple has ample material for the backend of this season.
