Weekend Preview: ‘Hell On Wheels’ Has Its Series Finale And ‘Survivor’s Remorse’ Premieres Season 3

Hell on Wheels (AMC, Saturday 9:00 p.m.) — In the series finale, the railroad’s finished, but not all of Cullen’s problems are over. As government hearings between Union Pacific and Central Pacific end, some unpredictable circumstances spell new beginnings and endings for the survivors.

Survivor’s Remorse (Starz, Sunday 10:00 p.m.) — Season three returns tonight and the big question is how the show will handle Uncle Julius’ fate. Season two ended with the fate of the unfiltered family member of NBA star Cam Calloway hanging after that car crash. Elsewhere, Cam and the family try to enjoy their newfound happiness and wealth status while the athlete gets serious with his girlfriend (a woman his family grows even more suspicious of this season).

Big Brother (CBS, Friday 8:00 p.m.) — The show’s giving one contestant the opportunity to return to the house and a second shot at the $500,000 grand prize.

Syfy Presents Live From Comic-Con (Syfy, Friday 8:00 p.m.) — More coverage from San Diego Comic-Con. Look out for a few Walking Dead stars and the cast of Mr. Robot.

Killjoys (Syfy, Friday 9:00 p.m.) — A simple mission turns deadly when the team discovers a group of students attending a school for gifted Westerly children have gone missing.

Angel from Hell (CBS, Saturday 8:00/8:30 p.m.) — Allison and Amy accidentally record a conversation about angels on Marv’s answering machine and the duo must race to erase the message before he hears it. Later, the series ends with Amy getting hit by a bus and trying to put Allison’s future back on track by breaking up her friend’s wedding.

Syfy Presents Live From Comic-Con (Syfy, Saturday 8:00 p.m.) — Yep, Comic-Con is still going on. At this point, it just feels like Syfy is rubbing the whole thing in our faces, but in case you’re interested, Elijah Wood, Tara Reid and the cast of The Magicians are interviewed tonight.

The American West (AMC, Saturday 10:00 p.m.) — Billy the Kid faces off against Pat Garrett; Sitting Bull returns to America; and Wyatt Earp moves to Tombstone.

2016 MTV Fandom Awards (MTV, Sunday 8:00 p.m.) — The third annual awards show is here to celebrate all of the TV, film and music fans loved this year.

Celebrity Family Feud (ABC, Sunday 8:00 p.m.) — The Band Perry takes on Giuliana Rancic, and Melissa Joan Hart battles Paul Sorvino.

Big Brother (CBS, Sunday 8:00 p.m.) — Nominations for eviction are revealed.

Power (Starz, Sunday 9:00 p.m.) — Tommy turns to a former lover for advice as he tries to make peace between Tasha and Angela. Meanwhile, Ghost ties up some loose ends before going toe-to-toe with some new nightlife competition.

Preacher (AMC, Sunday 9:00 p.m.) — Jesse is on the run and those closest to him are forced to make some tough decisions. Meanwhile, the Cowboy makes his return to Ratwater to exact his revenge.

Ray Donovan (Showtime, Sunday 9:00 p.m.) — Ray goes on a road trip with Mickey to recover money stolen from a casino owner and get the Russian mob off his back. Elsewhere, Terry considers returning to the gym and Teresa flees to her family’s house in order to get away from the pressures of being a new mom.

The $100,000 Pyramid (ABC, Sunday 9:00 p.m.) — It’s Randall Park vs. Anna Camp and Terry Crews vs. Natasha Lyonne tonight.

The Last Ship (TNT, Sunday 9:00 p.m.) — President Michener is put in a terrible position following an incident in St. Louis and the Nathan James must dodge a dangerous new threat.

The Night Of (HBO, Sunday 9:00 p.m.) — Naz waits to be arraigned at Rikers Island where a certain inmate holds the key to his future.

BrainDead (CBS, Sunday 10:00 p.m.) — Laurel’s relationship with Anthony evolves as she goes to her brother for help in getting the CDC involved in the bug invasion.

Match Game (ABC, Sunday 10:00 p.m.) — Celebrity panelists include Cheryl Hines, David Alan Grier, Ellie Kemper, Jack McBrayer, Jason Alexander, Niecy Nash, and Sheryl Crow.

Roadies (Showtime, Sunday 10:00 p.m.) — The band returns to their hometown and the crew must deal with the needy friends and family that crawl out of the woodwork. Meanwhile, Christopher House’s infamous ex-girlfriend shows up and the crew must keep her away from him at all costs.

The Jim Gaffigan Show (TV Land, Sunday 10:00 p.m.) — Things get out of hand when Jim tries to help Dave with a special project.

Geeking Out (AMC, Sunday 10:00 p.m.) — Only AMC would give Kevin Smith and Greg Grunberg their own nerdy talk-show. In the series premiere, the guys discuss pop culture from a fanboy perspective. In other words, this show is just one, big comic book boner.

Vice Principals (HBO, Sunday 10:30 p.m.) — Gamby and Russell cross the line with Dr. Brown after a school evaluator arrives and leaves them raddled.
