What’s On Tonight: ‘American Crime Story: Versace’ And ‘Corporate’ Premiere

The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story (FX, 10:00 p.m.) – Ryan Murphy’s latest anthology focuses on the high-profile murder of one of the most prolific designers in fashion’s history but this story, unlike the O.J. installment, is less about the celebrity and more about his murderer, a sociopath spree killer played by Glee’s Darren Criss.

Corporate (Comedy Central, 10:00/10:30 p.m.) – In case you didn’t already know how mind-numbingly awful working in a cubicle space can be, this new comedy is here to remind you. The premiere follows a pair of miserable corporate employees, Jake and Hampton, whose latest soul-crushing task is to fire the person responsible for posting an embarrassing tweet about the company on social media. Later, Jake takes advantage of the company’s whistleblower app and Hampton pitches a couple of arms dealers to the CIA.

Riverdale (CW, 8:00 p.m.) – Jughead and the rest of the Serpents transfer to Riverdale when Southside High gets shut down causing problems for Veronica, Archie, Betty, and the rest of the gang. Meanwhile, Archie’s asked to look into Hiram’s business dealings and Betty goes searching for her brother, Chic.

The Amazing Race (CBS, 8:00 p.m.) – Racers take on a fishy challenge and scale buildings in Tangier, Morocco.

The Blacklist (NBC, 8:00 p.m.) – Liz starts down a dark path, leading her to learn some nasty methods from one of the Blacklist’s most notorious criminals while Red goes searching for a hidden treasure and draws the attention of a dangerous new foe.

The Goldbergs (ABC, 8:00 p.m.) – Adam gets in trouble when his clownish behavior almost injures his woodshop teacher and Geoff and Beverly learn something surprising about Erica’s newly-refined tastes.

The Librarians (TNT, 8:00 p.m.) – The Librarians head to a small town whose Civil War reenactment is plagued by ghosts.

The X-Files (Fox, 8:00 p.m.) – Mulder and Scully zero in on a pair of twins terrorizing people by sending their doppelgängers to kill them.

Grown-ish (Freeform, 8:00 p.m.) – Zoey agrees to tutor a star basketball player in exchange for a letter of recommendation but her friends worry the relationship is something more serious.

Speechless (ABC, 8:30 p.m.) – After an issue at the kid’s school, Maya runs to JJ’s rescue and launches her own school out of the DiMeo home. Her program becomes a true DiMeo affair when Ray and Dylan enroll and Jimmy joins the faculty.

Alone Together (Freeform, 8:30 p.m.) – Esther and Jeff treat Benji to a birthday road trip with a few interesting stops along the way.

9-1-1 (Fox, 9:00 p.m.) – The crew must use their skills to save one of their own after a life-threatening accident and Abby makes an important decision regarding her mother’s care.

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (NBC, 9:00 p.m.) – Fin tries to ensure Benson’s protection while Barba convenes a Grand Jury to determine an employer’s culpability in a workplace sexual harassment case.

Modern Family (ABC, 9:00 p.m.) – Manny, Phil, and Gloria go searching for Luke after he goes missing in a sketchy part of town and Hayley gets in trouble with one of Alex’s college professors.

The Magicians (Syfy, 9:00 p.m.) – Elliot embarks on a quest and Quentin, Kady, and Josh take their search for magic to new extremes.

Vikings (History, 9:00 p.m.) – The army leaders consider their strategy following the battle while Floki’s camp experiences a devastating tragedy.

SEAL Team (CBS, 9:00 p.m.) – Jason and the team disobey orders to rescue Clay who’s trapped beneath a room full of terrorists.

American Housewife (ABC, 9:30 p.m.) – Katie and Greg attempt to use reverse psychology to dissuade Taylor from dating a guy they both hate but of course, that backfires.

Chicago P.D. (NBC, 10:00 p.m.) – Atwater is taken hostage by a convicted felon and the squad must rally in order to save him before the unthinkable happens.

Criminal Minds (CBS, 10:00 p.m.) – The BAU heads to New York when a string of brutal deaths occurs in Central Park.

Happy! (Syfy, 10:00 p.m.) – Sax and Happy part ways with Sax stumbling upon a new plan to negotiate his daughter’s release and Happy finding comfort in the arms of a fellow imaginary friend.

Match Game (ABC, 10:00 p.m.) — Adam Pally, Cheryl Hines, Ron Funches, Caroline Rhea, Mario Cantone, and Ana Gasteyer serve as panelists tonight.

Knightfall (History, 10:00 p.m.) – Landry and Gawain meet a mysterious woman who claims to be able to lead them to the Grail and Joan tries to stop an attack on Navarre.
