What’s on Tonight: Gnarly Sheen

20/20 (ABC) — Charlie Sheen’s hour-long interview with Andrea Canning. Sit back with your ugly wife and watch a complete rock star from Mars open up about his smoooooookin’ hotties. WINNING.

No Ordinary Family (ABC) — The superhero show ups the nerd-pandering with guest stars Lucy Lawless and Tricia Helfer.

Southland (TNT) — I officially gave up on trying to watch “Lights Out” when my DVR forced me to choose between recording that or “Southland.” And I barely watch “Southland.”

True Grit (AMC) — The original with John Wayne. Go ahead and watch, if only to discover that the movie pales in comparison to the Coen brothers’ version and that Wayne only won an Oscar because he was old and fat and probably going to die soon.

Tosh.0 (Comedy Central) — There’s been some talk about the show falling off in the third season, but I have to say that leading off last week’s episode with back-to-back projectile vomiting videos really won me over.

LATE NIGHT GUESTS: Intriguing lineup on Letterman: Amanda Seyfried, B.J. Novak, and the injury-prone cast of the Spider-Man musical. Elsewhere: Matt Damon and Betty White on Leno; Piers Morgan and Emmy Rossum on Conan; Emily Blunt on Kimmel, Cheryl Burke on George Lopez, Carla Gugino and Tom Lennon on Ferguson, and Isla Fisher on Jimmy Fallon. Plus, “Nightline” is supposed to have a feature on the paleo diet that will feature some segments that were shot at my gym, CrossFit South Brooklyn. WOOO!
