Take a moment to celebrate. We made it through another regular season of college football (Army-Navy) aside. Together. We couldn’t do it without each other, and it’s important that we recognize that. In the thick of it, there’s so much going on it’s hard to take stock of how crazy it all really is that we do this year in and year out, but when we get out of it, the deafening silence is important. Enjoy it. Take a deep breath. And get ready for the bowls.
We’ve got a guest we’ve been wanting to have on the show forever, but for one reason or another it just hasn’t happened. That’s Jason Kirk of SB Nation. Jason is one of the best college football follows on the old Twittersphere and is a big part of the reason why SBN’s college football coverage is so great. He also is my old editor and let me write completely ridiculous things like Derek Dooley hosting Jeopardy or ACC mascots causing chaos and panic in New York City. You know, my old brand.
Anyway, we discussed lots of non-football related things this week in that short gap between the madness, including:
