It’s been a busy couple days, but the E3 2015 press conferences are almost at an end (at which point the actual E3 begins). Square Enix is the last major publisher up, and they just showed off a new look at Kingdom Hearts III. After years of speculation, Square-Enix finally unveiled Kingdom Hearts III in 2013, and we haven’t seen or heard much about it since.
Thankfully, it looks like Kingdom Hearts III is making some progress, or at least its battle system is fairly solidly in place. The latest trailer is almost all action, focusing on Sora, Donald and Goofy laying waste of hordes of enemies in a bright, candy-colored environment. It terms of action, Kingdom Hearts III is almost looking like a Platinum game at this point.
No word on a release date yet. The trailer just says that the game is “now in development.” Well, I would hope so. Get ready for Kingdom Hearts III, exclusively on the PS7.
