Last night in Philly was J. Cole’s “Dollar And A Dream” tour. While in Philly J. Cole managed to bring Meek Mill who performed “Levels”, “Dreams & Nightmares Intro” and said some words regarding the passing of Lil Snupe.

Police in Winnfield got a warrant to arrest 36-year-old Tony Holden for the murder of the 18-year-old rapper, better known as Lil’ Snupe. Police say the shooting was the result of an argument that broke out during a video game at a friend’s apartment.
