Are These The Top 10 Overlooked Cinematic Cameos Of All Time?

Superb movie cameos can sometimes elevate a mediocre film or make a good film an instant classic. Whether the cameo is Steve Buscemi as Buddy Holly in Pulp FictionBruce Campbell making an appearance in all three of Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man films, or Bill Murray stealing the spotlight by portraying an exaggerated version of himself in Zombieland, a cameo is something that can be special when done well. Screenrant was nice enough to compile a list of the top 10 movie cameos.

The list mentions some rare and quick cameos that may have been initially glossed over, including the quick appearance of Jimmy Buffett in The Lost World (even “Margaritaville” gets a nice reference in the film as well). In addition, Firefly alum Nathan Fillion makes an appearance (albeit as a CGI character) in Guardians of the Galaxy. And who could forget (seriously) adult film legend Ron Jeremy’s blink-and-you-miss-it appearance in Ghostbusters?

Others on the list include John Hurt reprising his role as Ash from Alien in the Mel Brooks-helmed Spaceballs and many others. However, there are several cameos that may have not been included in Screenrant’s list, so feel free to mention your own favorites.
