Aaron Rodgers Threw An Impossible Touchdown Pass Despite Getting Dragged To The Ground

How on earth did Aaron Rodgers do this? The Packers’ All-World quarterback threw an absolute dime of a touchdown pass to Davante Adams, which on its own is really impressive. There is exactly one place that Rodgers could put this, especially considering that the officials called a defensive pass interference on the play. So at worst, the Packers would have gotten the ball on the goal line, but that’s not good enough for Rodgers, who wanted to get six at all costs.

But the things that makes this so impressive is that Rodgers managed to throw this touchdown despite getting wrapped up and dragged to the ground, which elevates this from an awesome touchdown pass to something that seems like it should be impossible. Rodgers has shown in the past that he’s capable of throwing balls that no one else in the league can throw, but doing that despite having a defender hang all over him like this is a new one.

Rodgers had a relatively down season in 2015. Still, he’s maybe the best quarterback in the NFL, and this is a good reminder that he’s better at throwing footballs than anyone else.
