I’m not sure what needs to be said about this display. Sports fans take their sports way too seriously. This probably started the way all these fights start. A guy in a Raiders jersey probably said, “Hey, the Chiefs aren’t as good at football as the Raiders!” Then some Chiefs fan said, “Oh yeah? The Chiefs are much better at football than the Raiders!” Then like 20 people fought.
You know how after a wedding you never want to see video of yourself dancing? The sports equivalent has to be watching yourself throw a punch. Especially in stadium fights where you’re reaching up or down to get at someone, you look ridiculous. There are a few dudes in this video that look like they’re holding a 40-pound weight in their fist and can’t balance themselves properly to deliver a strike.
The scariest part of the video is when a woman gets sent flying down like six concrete steps because a dude was shoved into her back. There’s really no good place to be during a stadium/arena brawl but on the stairs with your back to the action is probably the least-desirable spot. She seems to get up right away though.
The funniest part is the very end, when a guy with a Jamaal Charles jersey (possibly tucked into his jeans) puts on his cowboy hat and surveys the scene, then adjusts the hat while looking around. Westworld would be an amazing show if this was what it was about.
