Donald Trump Kicked Mexican Journalist Jorge Ramos Out Of A Press Conference

The Donald Trump circus continues today, with him kicking Mexican journalist Jorge Ramos, of Univision and Fusion, out of the GOP candidate’s press conference in Dubuque, Iowa, after Ramos tried to ask a question, apparently out of turn.

In the video above, you can see Trump call on a different reporter, when Ramos’s voice is heard offscreen, trying to ask a question instead. Trump fires back, “Excuse me, sit down, you weren’t called. Sit down, sit down.” And then: “Go back to Univision.” When Ramos continues trying to ask his question, Trump has a security guard escort the reporter out of the press conference.

This incident comes after Ramos went on CNN on Monday night to criticize Trump during an interview with anchor John Berman, who was filling in for Anderson Cooper on Anderson Cooper 360. During his segment, Ramos, who has been trying to get an interview with Trump for months, called the candidate’s immigration plan “all wrong,” asking rhetorically, “Let’s imagine how he’s going to deport 11 million people. By bus? By plane? Is he going to bring the army to do that? Can you imagine the human rights violation that will create?”

“It’s only empty promises,” Ramos also said, presumably hitting Trump where it hurts.
