While promoting his new comedy The Great Indoors on the CBS Upfront stage Wednesday afternoon, former Community star Joel McHale couldn’t help but let out a Jeff Winger-style dig at his previous employer NBC’s expense, according to EW. McHale, who starred on Community for six seasons, five being on NBC before moving to Yahoo! Screen prior to its final cancellation in 2015, had this to say about his new network:

“CBS has it all – strategy, hit shows, and, oh yeah, viewers. It’s wonderful to be on a broadcast network that will actually advertise the show I’m in.”

Community was one of the most popular sitcoms on NBC during its high profile Thursday time-slot when it aired, even though McHale doesn’t seem to think so. NBC claims they canceled the show following its fifth season in 2014 due to ratings, of course.

The first trailer to The Great Indoors, which stars McHale as Jack Gordon, a renowned adventure reporter who is benched and sent to New York to manage a team of millennial journalists, was released today. The clip stereotypically portrays millennials as annoying, entitled, young people who only care about stupid online lists and silly videos and not “real” journalism — *rolls eyes*. We’ll see how the show does when it premieres this fall.

Created by Tosh.O writer Mike Gibbons, the comedy is set to air on Thursdays at 8:30 p.m. EST. Christopher Mintz-Plasse, better known as “McLovin” from Superbad, who also stars in the show, will hopefully bring the funny.
