Normally we’d fill you in on what happened last week on The Flash, but since we’re kicking off the main plot of a big four night crossover event, here’s everything you need to know: Barry has recruited Supergirl from an alternate reality, the Legends of Tomorrow have checked in with their flying spaceship, and Ollie… well, OK, as the scene above demonstrates, Ollie’s still kinda a grimdark dillhole. Yesterday’s episode of Supergirl didn’t really fill in many blanks on the plot, but aliens are invading, they’re evil, and they deserve a punching. The Flash will start doing the punching tonight, at 8pm EST on The CW.

OK, OK. Before the break, Coulson, Fitz and Robbie, Ghost Rider’s candy wrapper, all disappeared after Robbie’s uncle turned out to be a complete and total dirtbag trying to use magic and science in an unholy union to give himself superpowers. In other words, he’s Family Dollar Doctor Doom. Now the question, of course, is where they all went, and also whether Mack will use his sweet motorcycle to go Road Rash on some sucker.
