Scandal (ABC, 10 p.m.) — It’s TV law that at some point, every show must do an episode title ending with “…Goes to Washington.” Tonight Scandal joins the likes of “Mr. Griffin Goes to Washington” and “Mr. Lisa Goes to Washington.” with “Mrs. Smith Goes to Washington.”
Childrens Hospital/The Eric Andre Show/Hot Package (Adult Swim, 12 a.m.) — Go from David Wain’s documentary about Just Falcon to Lou Ferrigno and Downtown Julie Brown on a fake talk show to Derrick Beckles’s new fake entertainment series. Adult Swim is the best.
