The Mars Curiosity rover successfully landed in Gale Crater today as Dave Chappelle prophesied. Mars Curiosity beat the odds (40% chance of success) and stuck the landing. It didn’t take long for the internet to pick up their jaws from the floor and start making snarky jokes and celebratory photoshops. The picture above, for example, jumped to the top of Reddit with the subtitle, “How all of Reddit feels right now.”
Below we’ve collected some of our favorite photoshops and tweets so far about the Mars Curiosity landing.
